    Environmental Scientist

    We are seeking a highly motivated Environmental Scientist to join our growing team in Jacksonville.

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting commercial real estate, conducting historical research, reviewing government environmental records, and performing regulatory research. You will also be required to interact with clients and prepare reports.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inspection of commercial real estate properties
    • Historical research and review of government environmental records
    • Regulatory research and client interface
    • Report preparation

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a comparable field
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good interpersonal skills and a sense of humor
    • Valid driver's license
