Position responsibilities:
Interacting closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services benefitingclients in diverse industriesOversee the preparation and timely filing of all required tax returnsDevelop and implement tax strategies that optimize our company's tax position while considering business goals, industry trends, and regulatory changesCollaborate with clients and provide proactive tax advice and solutions.
Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their growth and development.Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
Coordinate workload distribution, projects, and training initiatives within the tax departmentQualifications:
Bachelors degree in accountingProficiency in both written Spanish & English is requiredA CPA is preferred for this role3-6 years' experience years of federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accountingExperience in Partnership, Corporate, S-Corp.
& individual tax returnsExperienced in U.S.disclosure of foreign income and assetsExperience working with tax provisions is preferredExceptional verbal and written communication skillsComputer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technologyWhy work for Aprio:
