    Job Title:

    Lab Technician

    Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team at the Flourish Research site in Gurnee, IL.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process laboratory specimens following strict SOPs and protocols;
    • Manage specimen logistics and maintain lab efficiency;
    • Oversee equipment, supplies, and test result routing;
    • Ensure availability of appropriate amounts of laboratory supplies at all times;
    • Use professionalism in all communications with patients, sponsors, physicians, clinic staff, CTT employees, etc.

    Requirements:

    • Associate's degree in a Biological field required, Bachelor's degree preferred;
    • Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience within the field of clinical or biological research;
    • Phlebotomy experience required;
    • Sample collection/handling experience required.

    Benefits:

    Hourly Rate based on experience + comprehensive benefits, PTO, and 401k match; paid overtime for weekend work, evening work, or early morning work as needed. Must have reliable transportation. There will be traveling 20% of the time between two other locations.
