    We are looking to hire an amazing Sales Leader to help us build and grow our Enterprise Sales team in the Southwest. This person will be responsible for helping us hire, onboard, and manage the next wave of Enterprise sellers across the Southwestern US. This leader will also help us establish and drive success across our Enterprise Sales team as we build out our Field team over the course of 2024 and beyond.

    As a Regional Sales Director, you will:

    • Recruit, onboard, coach & mentor Enterprise AE's, leveraging Amplitude's best practices on selling our portfolio into net new logos
    • Understand the core metrics of the Enterprise business in your region and use them to forecast the performance of the team
    • Support executing key deals via onsite and remote engagement with customers
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure field marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and sales engineering to ensure resources are allocated appropriately
    • Plan and communicate the path to growth for your region over the next 18 to 24 months

    You'll be a great addition to the team if you:

    • Have a minimum 3+ years of leading Enterprise sales teams
    • A history of driving teams that exceed quota
    • Are data-driven and use metrics to understand how to coach and manage the qualitative elements of the business
    • Love hiring and recruiting the best possible talent and are passionate about building a world-class Enterprise sales team
    • Have a playbook for executing complex Enterprise deals, and know when to leverage it and when to leave it behind
    • Are passionate about getting hands-on with your team to drive their success
    • Enjoy helping scale a high-performance Enterprise business while helping to identify & tackle the things we need to help double the team's revenue over the next 12 months

    Based on Colorado law, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Colorado. Colorado range: $320,000 - $480,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
    Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in New York City. New York City salary range: $320,000 - $480,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
    Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in San Francisco Bay Area of California. Salary range: $320,000 - $480,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
    Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $320,000 - $480,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
    Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $320,000 - $480,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
    Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
