RESIDENTIAL CARPENTER/ APPRENTICE NEEDED IN THE YAKIMA AREA

Type of Employment: Full time, hourly

Wage Scale: $18 - 22/hr DOE

General Duties:

• All phases of residential construction including but not limited to framing, painting, concrete, dry wall installation, etc.

Requirements:

• Must have 1-2 years' experience in residential construction

• Must be a fast learner

• Must have the ability to receive instruction and retain information

• Must be willing to train for advancement

• Must be able to travel

• Must have knowledge of all tools / equipment related to residential construction and their use

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Must be able to pass a drug screen

• Must have clean driving record

• Bi-lingual is a plus but not required

Benefit Summary:

WA Sick Leave: Employer provides paid sick leave to all team members. Sick leave will accrue at a rate of one (1) hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked.

6 paid holidays throughout the year.
