    A law firm in Indianapolis is seeking a Mid- to Senior Level Healthcare Associate Attorney with 4+ years of demonstrated experience in healthcare transactional matters.

    Ideal candidates will have a strong background in counseling healthcare providers on various regulatory issues, including fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, and Medicare/Medicaid billing and reimbursement.

    Duties and Responsibilities:


    Counsel healthcare providers on a range of regulatory matters, including fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, and Medicare/Medicaid billing.

    Handle healthcare transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, and private equity deals.
    Draft and review contractual arrangements, including management agreements, provider services agreements, and physician employment agreements.
    Provide legal advice and guidance on healthcare-related issues to clients.
    Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups and offices in a team-oriented environment.
    Work in a brand-new office space in a growth-targeted location.

    Requirements:
    4+ years of demonstrated experience in health care transactional matters.
    Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    Strong law school credentials and references.

    Education:
    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

    Certifications:
    Relevant certifications in healthcare law (optional).

    Skills:
    In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and transactional matters.
    Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Cultural competence to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
    Commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
