Job summary
The Director of Enrollment Support Services oversees the Integrated Enrollment Services (IES) unit to ensure effective processing automation integrity and timely accuracy of all data processed through IES.
Responsibilities
- Develop run reports to distribute assign work to processing teams
Monitor the flow of information any backlog clearance processes may be developed instituted Ensure that all business processes are documented current Implement modify processes enhance attainment goals increase integration maximize efficiency Ensure that all constituent processes within policies established College Generate data complete analysis provide reports inform support enrollment accreditation development efforts Maintain segmented communication plans system create process updating augmenting plans needed Serve Enterprise Content Management ECM System Lead implementation creation new electronic forms Manage update Integrated Enrollment Services Catalog ensuring catalog updates approved Executive Director Supervise hiring training performance management staff Periodically review training professional development needs staff Responsible work content outcomes staff employ Work directly leadership attainment annual goals Ensure delivery quality constituent-oriented services implement efficient effective integrated policies procedures systems Remain competent current self-directed professional reading developing professional contacts colleagues attending conferences/courses attending training courses assigned Provide overall supervision IES comprised staff staggered schedules Leads regular staff meetings In conjunction Director develops unit goals objectives Oversees inbound outbound phone communication flow current students within IES support centralized services Assure information processed established time frame standards Work directly Executive Director meet Key Performance Indicators KPIs Other duties assigned
