Job DescriptionOur client, a global leader in medical device, is seeking a Group Marketing Manager. This is an opportunity to launch a brand-new product platform into the global market. This position is a highly visible role and the incumbent will act as a leader in the space. The qualified individual will have experience in cardiology medical devices, launching products into the market and experience leading a team.
Responsibilities:
1. **Strategic Planning:**
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
2. **Product Positioning:**
Define and communicate the unique selling propositions (USPs) of the cardiology devices in your portfolio.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products meet market needs.
3. **Brand Management:**
Manage and enhance the brand image for the cardiology devices.
Develop and implement branding strategies to create brand awareness and loyalty.
4. **Campaign Management:**
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote cardiology products.
Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, traditional advertising, and events.
5. **Collaboration with Sales Teams:**
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Provide sales support materials and training to ensure effective product promotion.
6. **Regulatory Compliance:**
Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with relevant regulatory standards in the medical device industry.
7. **Market Education:**
Develop educational materials for healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions for internal teams on product knowledge and market trends.
8. **Customer Engagement:**
Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
Gather customer feedback to improve products and enhance customer satisfaction.
9. **Budget Management:**
Develop and manage marketing budgets efficiently.
Monitor and analyze the ROI of marketing initiatives.
10. **Data Analysis:**
Use data analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Monitor market trends and provide insights for future planning.
11. **Cross-functional Collaboration:**
Collaborate with other departments such as R&D, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance to ensure a cohesive approach.

Your role as a Group Marketing Manager is pivotal in driving the launch of a new product. Staying abreast of industry advancements, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the value of your products will be key to your success in this role.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
10 years experience in medical device marketing with a focus in launching products
Cardiology or vascular imaging experience
Proven experience managing a team of at least two direct reports
