    Description

    Job Description:

    In this Accounts Receivable Clerk role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate entry of figures, verifying mathematical precision, and applying correct codes. Your tasks will include organizing, securing, and managing files and records of cash transactions in alignment with company policies. Additionally, you will record, access, and analyze financial data using computerized systems, as well as maintain precise electronic spreadsheets for financial records. You will also be tasked with classifying, coding, and summarizing financial information to compile and maintain records, as well as preparing and distributing various financial reports and statements following company procedures.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent required
    • College coursework in a related field is advantageous
    • Prior experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred

    Responsibilities:

    • Approach all interactions with guests and staff in a friendly and service-oriented manner
    • Ensure compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards
    • Maintain high standards of personal appearance as per company guidelines
    • Process hotel billing in a timely manner
    • Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks including billing and account maintenance
    • Collaborate with the Property Accountant on various administrative tasks
    • Aid in HR administration such as payroll and new hire paperwork processing
    • Support in other accounting duties as directed
    • Help with filing HR and accounting paperwork
    • Participate in credit meetings and provide updates on accounts
    • Maintain accounting records and assist with direct billing accounts
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
