Responsibilities:

• Tend to production machines including fillers, packaging equipment, cappers, labelers, and palletizers used for bottling water.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs to equipment as needed.
• Operate all production machinery according to specifications.
• Lead team in changeover processes and preventative maintenance.
• Perform basic cleaning of machinery and ensure proper operation through routine inspections.
• Assist in training of new employees.
• Ensure proper GMP rules and cleanliness are maintained throughout production processes.
• Report emergencies, injuries, and production incidents immediately to shift supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of previous experience.
• Experience in Food/beverage manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with Krones, Sidel, or Husky equipment.
• Proficient in blow mold operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, schematics, and reports.
• Forklift experience and certification a plus.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
