    Job Title: Sales Representative at BSN SPORTS

    Location: Baltimore, MD (Remote Outside sales position based in Baltimore)

    YOUR ROLE:

    BSN Sports is seeking a Field Sales Pro in Baltimore, MD. As a Field Sales Pro, you will manage end-to-end sales processes in your designated area and cater to customer needs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Offer exceptional customer service to coaches within your territory, striving to simplify their lives.
    • Achieve revenue targets and foster sales growth.
    • Identify and cultivate leads in your area through cold calling and lead generation efforts.
    • Utilize CRM tools for prospecting, account management, and activity monitoring.
    • Enhance sales in existing accounts across all sports categories.
    • Utilize data insights to uncover new opportunities.
    • Manage accounts and travel within your assigned region.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Required:

    • Demonstrate autonomy in managing tasks efficiently.
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suites, and Outlook.
    • Possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.

    Nice to Have:

    • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience or sports-related background.
    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • Active involvement in the local community.
