- Design and develop scalable, high-quality web applications using and Tailwind CSS, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
- Lead the architectural design of front-end frameworks and components for large-scale applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create functional, responsive designs and integrate with APIs and other external services.
- Implement responsive design principles and ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability, employing advanced and Tailwind CSS techniques.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development, particularly related to and Tailwind CSS, and evaluate their potential benefits for our projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web application development, with at least 1 year focused on and Tailwind CSS.
- Proven track record of developing and scaling large-scale web applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management patterns and libraries (e.g., Vuex), Vue Router, and other ecosystem tools.
- Deep understanding of Tailwind CSS and its utility-first principles, including custom configurations and plugin development.
- Familiarity with modern development tools (e.g., Webpack, Git, ) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
