Responsibilities
- Manage DoD and/or IC acquisition processes from initial strategy to procurement execution.
- Develop key acquisition documentation including strategies plans RFPs source selection plans RFIs lifecycle documents identify agency-level acquisition challenges propose alternative solutions provide strategic guidance on documentation alignment with mission needs legal requirements program objectives collaborate with technical contracting program management teams throughout the procurement lifecycle transform complex policies into clear actionable guidance support proposal evaluation processes advisory input during source selections lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives compliance tracking.
