    Autism Deaf Empowerment Advocacy Foundation Inc.

    We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians who are available Monday - Friday. Autism Deaf Empowerment Advocacy Foundation, Inc. is looking for Behavior Assistants to work directly with children with autism to implement behavior programs.

    Duties:
    • Work times vary depending on the age and needs of the client.
    • Typically, services are provided in the afternoons, evenings, and occasionally on the weekend, and sometimes at school sites.
    • Flexible schedules are available making this an ideal supplementary position for people currently employed as Teachers, Students, and/or Parents with requisite experience.
    • We are looking for individuals board certified with the BACB Board. Training is also required and provided to all who do not already have it completed.
    • Spanish speaking is a plus.
    • Tricare certified a plus.

    Job type:
    • Contract Full or Part-time.
    • The pay rate will be discussed during the interview.

    Required Training:
    • Applied Behavior Analysis will be trained for 2 weeks or until comfortable to work alone.

    Required License or Certification:
    • Active RBT certificate.
    • Mandatory 40-hour RBT training certificate.
    • Active BLS certificate.
    • Drivers License

    Required Education:
    • High school diploma.

    Mandatory for all Employees:
    • Background Check.
    • TB test.
