- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide instruction and support tailored to each student's unique learning requirements.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure academic and social-emotional success.
- Valid state certification in Special Education (or ability to obtain certification prior to start date).
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
