Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with esteemed school districts in the Grant Pass, OR area, is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Special Education Teachers for the upcoming school year. As a member of our team, you'll have the chance to work alongside passionate educators and contribute to the growth and development of exceptional students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide instruction and support tailored to each student's unique learning requirements.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure academic and social-emotional success.

Requirements:

• Valid state certification in Special Education (or ability to obtain certification prior to start date).
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
