    Customer Service Administrator

    Duro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems is looking for a Customer Service Administrator. The position is located at the Duro-Last Roofing Corporate Headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan. This is a full time, year-round, hourly position with excellent benefits and growth potential.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
    • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the proper department/person
    • Computer Data Entry
    • Receive, evaluate, and disperse emails
    • All other duties assigned

    Position Requirements:

    • HS Diploma or GED
    • Energetic and "self-starting"
    • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
    • Accurate and detail-oriented
    • Must have excellent math and keyboarding skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
    • Ability to work independently
