    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

    • Develop and maintain mode dashboards and reports on underwriting and claims
    • Support external reporting requests from Fronting Carriers, Reinsurers, and State Departments of Insurance
    • Analyze claims and lost business trends to enhance straightthrough processing
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop datadriven underwriting practices
    • Extract insights from multiple sources of data to inform decisionmaking processes

    What is Required (Qualifications):

    • 3+ years in an analytical capacity as a data analyst, actuarial analyst, or underwriting analyst
    • Prior experience in P&C insurance with a deep understanding of commercial insurance products
    • Strong data querying ability in SQL
    • Programming and data analytics experience in R or Python
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment

    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

    • Strong interest in commercial insurance products, especially Professional Liability, Cyber, Property, and General Liability
    • Exposure to data science methodologies, especially GLMs, decision trees, and machine learning
