    Responsibilities

    • Perform business assessments to identify and document client requirements regarding products and functionality, ensuring efficient software solutions for the client's needs.
    • Utilize Cucumber BDD to create clear, concise, and executable specifications and write human-centered user stories for software development.
    • Provide ongoing support for QA and Development teams by clarifying requirements and addressing queries related to acceptance criteria.
    • Identify core client business needs, decompose and document operations concepts into story maps, briefings, and user stories, document business rules, and construct workflow diagrams.
    • Using best practices, identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for specific software design/development, forms, reports, interfaces, processes, and other relevant changes.
    • Configure and modify our platform's templates, workflows, users, roles, and profiles.
    • You may serve as the expert for one or more existing clients, ensuring their requests and needs are captured and executed on
    • Ability to organize, communicate, and articulate the solution to the customer and implementation team
    • Maintain communication with customers, partners, and internal teams to overcome challenges and ensure the achievement of design objectives.
    • Keep up to date on administrative tasks such as documenting client issues, communicating agendas, submitting trip reports, timesheets, and weekly expense reports, and updating systems-related client activity.
    • Share best practices with Product Management, Technical Support, Sales, and Marketing to enhance the company's implementation methods and value proposition.

    Required Skills

    • 2-year college degree (or more) and/or comparable work experience
    • In-depth knowledge of Gherkin methodology and experience in writing Gherkin scripts for Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
    • Able to facilitate requirement gatherings and interpret user requirements from current state to future state based on customer meetings
    • You will frequently collaborate with client product teams, PMOs, and development teams, aligning all teams on requirements and technical solutions.
    • Experience leading implementations with clients or working with enterprise partners and system integrators
    • Experience implementing BA processes, including requirement gathering and design processes within an agile methodology while utilizing Gherkins methodology.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience using development systems such as ADO or Jira
    • Experience in workforce development projects with public sector organizations
    • Admin Certification with experience at other Salesforce consulting firms where you contributed to a new instance of Salesforce implementation and configuration
    • The ability to manage projects to a budget and scope, and change management
    • Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
    • Understanding of data migration methodologies to assure the integrity of project data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Figma, Microsoft Visio, Excel, and other core Microsoft products.
    • Domain knowledge and delivery experience in the Public Sector
