This role will be responsible for performing audit tests and procedures for a diverse portfolio of clients, many of which are not-for-profit organizations.

The successful candidate will be a key player in executing our audit strategy, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and expertise.

As an Audit and Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for:
Evaluating and testing business processes, transactions, internal controls, and risk management practices.
Preparing and presenting detailed audit reports and findings to the senior audit staff.
Ensuring compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Keeping abreast of the latest developments in auditing practices.
Working closely with clients to understand their business operations and assist with identifying potential areas of risk.
Collaborating with other departments to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of one busy season in public accounting, with a focus on auditing.
Experience with auditing not-for-profit organizations.
