Location: Hawaii (Big Island) *Hawaiian Paradise Park
Job Type: Part Time (20-25hrs per week)
Schedule: 10hr - 12hr Shifts
Compensation: $40.00hr

Position Summary:
HiHealthCare is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes. This role offers the flexibility of Part Time and Per Diem schedules, making it ideal for RNs looking to balance work with other personal or professional commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with a patient's individualized care plan
- Conduct home visits to assess patient health and home environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document changes in patient condition
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and caregivers on health maintenance and disease management
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in the State of Hawaii
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience; home care experience preferred
- CPR certification (BLS)
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

Compensation: $40.00 per hour
At HiHealthcare, we specialize in connecting healthcare professionals, nurses and caregivers with the medical facilities and home care positions in need of their expertise. We serve our clients with the same compassion we would share with our own families, but with the professionalism of medical practitioners. Cradles n' Crayons (CNC) is a pediatric home care agency focusing its nursing services to the pediatric population of medically fragile children on Oahu. We also offer private duty nursing for families with medically fragile children to include respite as well as skilled nursing. HiHomeCare serves the elderly, the recuperating, the disabled, and medically fragile children in their homes to help them maintain their desired levels of independence and function. HiNursing provides Temp-to-Perm staffing services for RN, CNA, LPN and MA positions statewide. Our medical division provides supplemental medical staffing for clinics, hospitals and other health care facilities. HiNursing is licensed and bonded.
