- Provide consultative sales support of the product, application and software to customers and Key Account Managers and Account Managers
- Assists the selling team in the technology aspects of creating and converting sales opportunities to revenue
- Work with internal stakeholders to build account-based strategies.
- Perform successful product demonstrations and present demo reports to drive sales results.
- Work in a team selling environment by providing positive motivation and collaborative work to meet regional target.
- BA/BS in the life sciences or optics field
- Familiarity with biological imaging applications needed; fluorescence, confocal microscopy and optics experience highly valued.
- Previous Sales experience of Microscopy highly preferred
- Multiple years in a research, quality-control or production environment, applying microscopy and digital imaging techniques to drive results.
- Teaching or training experience, provide training to others on how to apply imaging equipment and techniques to solve scientific questions.

Sales Specialist, Imaging Core
Come join a fantastic team Facilitate researchers and improve their science through your consultation. The Sales Specialist, Imaging Core provides technical sales support for all advanced widefield microscopy products as key element to the broader selling team. The sales specialist is focused on selling to the life science research community and is engaged with the Leica selling team in all facets of their commercial activities. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager, Northeast and covers the greater Boston geography.

The salary range for this role is $85,000-95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
