Certifications:
BLS & ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY) required
Required - Current occupational therapy license in state of practice
OR eligibility for licensure by examination
OR reciprocity from another state.
Schedule: Day Shift - 8am - 5pm (12 hours) | 40hrs/wk
