Description

There is a need for administrative experts to use their gifts and abilities to help bring true and lasting hope to people served by a medical ministry in the Middle East.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a strong biblical foundation with a vibrant and growing relationship with Christ and an active prayer life.

A Master of Health Administration or MBA degree would be helpful but is not required. Overseas experience is vital.

Applicants must have an understanding of hospital economics, financial management, capital projects, governmental regulatory agencies, labor relations, human resources, and proven management skills.

Language Requirements

For long-term workers, Arabic language training is required.
Arabic is one of the five most spoken languages in the world.
