    Description
    Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants to provide outstanding care to our residents

    Full-time and part-time positions are open for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including every other weekend and rotating holidays.
    This role is eligible for a retention bonus of up to $2,000.00.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide personal care, vital sign monitoring, patient communication, and collaboration with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient support.


    Qualifications:
    Certified Nursing Assistant certification and state CNA License
    Compassionate and patient demeanor
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules.
    Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility, as needed.
