Renew Home Exteriors is looking for a customer service and inside sales support agent The necessary knowledge and skills for the position encompass:

Adept customer service abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication prowess for liaising with prospective customers, the sales unit, and insurance adjusters
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems to uphold accurate logs of sales undertakings, leads, and potential opportunities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both the sales unit and other departments to guarantee a seamless customer service experience and sales pipeline

Job Duties:

Address inbound calls, emails, and online queries from prospective customers interested in roofing and exterior services.
- Furnish comprehensive details about the company's roofing and exterior services, products, materials, and warranties to educate customers effectively.
- Coordinate potential customer appointments with external sales representatives based on scope and availability.
- Aid external sales representatives in prepping for client meetings, equipping them with pertinent information, and scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with prospective customers.
- Review job records for completeness 24 hours post initial appointment and offer assistance as needed.
- Assist sales representatives in maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Initiate follow-ups with prospective customers requiring additional decision time, nurturing leads until they're prepared to proceed, starting 72 hours post initial proposal delivery.
