    Tailwinds in the Madison East Doubletree is searching the skies for a full-time evening expeditor/barback


    The base wage for this position is $12-15/hour based on experience, with additional tipshare averaging $8/hour

    Duties for this position include:


    • Providing guests with attentive, efficient service.
    • Continual upkeep of dining room, bar area, and all other guest facing spaces.
    • Keeping an open and constant line of communication with the kitchen staff.
    • Expediting and running food or drink orders to guests while addressing any additional requests.
    • Clearing dirty tables and cleaning them for the next guest.
    • Stocking service stations and supplies as needed throughout the shift.
