We're searching for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Project Support Specialist. This dynamic role will see you working hand-in-hand with our Project Manager, playing a crucial role in ensuring projects run smoothly and deadlines are met. You'll be the right-hand person, the problem-solver, the communication hub, and the overall project rockstar

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Partner with the Project Manager: Assist in all aspects of project management, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and resource allocation.
• Task Management Master: Track project tasks, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring everything stays on track.
• Budget Boss: Help develop and monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage material selection.
• Communication Champion: Be the liaison between clients, subcontractors, and vendors, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
• Problem-Solving Powerhouse: Anticipate and proactively address potential roadblocks, developing creative solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Schedule Samurai: Create and maintain project schedules, work orders, and other essential documents

Who you are:

• A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and a relentless drive to succeed.
• A problem-solver with a knack for thinking outside the box and finding creative solutions.
• A strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Experienced in remodeling or general construction, with an eye for detail and potential issues.
• Proficient in project management software and familiar with construction terminology.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with others.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in project scheduling and cost estimating.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish a plus)
