    Job Description:


    This position involves overseeing the coordination and management of various activities related to the planning and execution of clinical trials, whether funded internally, by industry, foundation, or government sources. A key aspect is ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies involved in human subject research.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborating with clinical personnel to identify suitable patients for clinical trials, delivering educational sessions to relevant hospital staff in the relevant departments. (30%)
    • Engaging with patients and their families to educate them on investigational studies, ensuring comprehension of participation requirements before obtaining consent, and conducting necessary follow-ups and patient monitoring as per study protocols. (30%)
    • Gathering, organizing, and securely storing all pertinent clinical data, case report forms, and regulatory documentation in alignment with study sponsor guidelines and regulatory protocols. (15%)
    • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing activities specific to each clinical trial to uphold patient safety, good clinical practices, and compliance with the protocol and regulatory standards. (15%)
    • Performing additional duties as necessary or assigned. (10%)

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Requirements:
    • Associate's degree, RN license, or equivalent research background.
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Possession of a current research-related certification from a recognized program like The Association of Clinical Research Professional (ACRP), for example, Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or ACRP Certified Professional (ACRP-CP), or The Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA), Certified Clinical Research Professionals (CCRP).
    • A valid driver's license may be necessary based on facility requirements.
