Practice:

Join 2 other providers with mid-level support.

Telephone call of 6 days per month max per hospital by-laws.

Base salary of $525,000.

Quarterly RVU and quality bonuses.

$800,000 plus potential

$50,000 + sign on bonus student loan forgiveness $15,000 relocation
