    About this role:
    This position will report to Housecall Providers and employees can choose a hybrid or remote work environment.

    The Business Systems Analyst role will lead Housecall Providers IS projects focused on:

    Implementing software that interfaces with current systems
    Upgrades of current software
    Software security

    Development of:
    New employee training materials
    Sharepoint site

    Evaluation of new software options

    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for providing business systems analysis at a high level.

    Core work includes gathering and documenting business requirements, translating customer needs, and developing workflow or systems to meet business needs and managing the execution of project plans.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Project planning (determine needs, develop plans, facilitate meetings, work collaboratively to complete the project, provide project status reports).
    Analyze user requirements, develop, and implement workflow or systems to meet business needs.
    Gather and document business requirements and clinical workflow, propose and implement solutions including training. Use professional knowledge, judgment, and analysis in making decisions or recommending a solution that meets business needs.
    Prepare documentation and assist in documenting and defining workflows in collaboration with stakeholders. Maintain application documentation.
    Analyze potential new applications and vendors. Build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, contacts, and vendors.
    Examine multiple approaches or solutions to issues or problems.
    Utilize standards, concepts and theories related to technical development to provide solutions to moderate to highly complex problems.
    Facilitate collaboration with diverse groups and individuals; effectively develop, manage, and maintain customer relationships at all organizational levels.
    Translate information requests from internal customers involving some level of ambiguity into actionable tasks for analysts and/or developers.
    Prioritize work based on multiple and sometimes competing objectives.
    Propose and implement process improvements.

    Experience and/or Education
    Required
    2 years of project planning experience

    Agile/Scrum methodology

    Minimum 3 years' systems analysis experience; experience should include some or all of the following:

    Gathering requirements
    Systems analysis and design/design configuration
    Researching technical problems and identifying solutions
    Creating system documentation

    Preferred
    Healthcare systems analyst experience
    Additional experience in related technology support and/or operational positions helpful

    Demonstrated progress in conveying appropriate level of detail effectively to all levels of the organization including non-technical staff
    Ability to recommend policies, document risks, and propose solutions to information technology management and senior leadership

    Ability to maintain agreed upon work schedule.
    Ability to provide cross-training on specific job responsibilities.
    Possess a high degree of initiative and motivation
    Ability to effectively collaborate with coworkers, staff, and leaders across all departments
    Ability to occasionally work after hours (nights and weekends) when system is not available to staff
    Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups
    Ability to learn, focus, understand, and evaluate information and determine appropriate actions
    Ability to accept direction and feedback, as well as tolerate and manage stress
    Ability to see, read, and perform repetitive finger and wrist movement for at least 6 hours/day
    Ability to hear and speak clearly for at least 3-6 hours/day
