Home Health Wound Registered Nurse Case Managers:
\* Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Colorado \* At least one (1) year of recent clinical hands on experience \* Home health experience preferred \* Recent wound care experience preferred \* Health care CPR certified \* Experience with OASIS assessment and required time points \* Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations \* Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion \* No Covid Vaccination Required Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
