Join IFS.Job DescriptionIn the role of Regional Lead, Compliance & License Management you will be an experienced licensing and technology professional with experience across multiple software vendors, with the ability to dynamically support and lead complex deliverables and projects to a high standard with little to no support.

You will be confident in front of clients, with an ability to communicate with varying multiple and technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise narratives with ease.

You will lead and complete the reports on complex license positions along with risk remediation and opportunity realization reporting for IFS.

You will act as a key point of contact for our clients during the scoping of the engagement, becoming the owner of all license position reporting and opportunity creation.

You will be working directly with and under the COO for North America.

Key Responsibilities:
Queuing / Processing of regional customer license declarations.
Evaluating license declarations for compliance issues.
The accurate delivery of ELP reports in a timely and efficient manner.

Contributing to methodology and delivery of quality improvement projectsScoping assessments and delivery scheduling for clientsContribute to internal business maturity and operational process improvementThe creation of senior-level presentations on licensing issues found with clientsReporting results of declaration evaluations by regionUndertake ELP and presentation quality assurance assessmentsQualificationsEssential:5+ years working as a consultant within the Licensing industry/technology sectorExperience with MS Office and complex Excel data managementExperience evaluating tier 1 software vendor (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, IBM) deployments but experience with other vendors will also be consideredEnd-to-end ELP creation with a focus on analysis of data (customer-supplied and external) against license rightsStrong senior-level presentation skillsExcellent organizational skillsGood commercial acumenComfort engaging with Senior stakeholdersLeadership and people management skillsDesirable:SAM process and maturity assessment experience is a plusStrong administrative and/or technology background is a plusCRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a plusStrong background in contract law and license interpretationOther:Education Qualification is preferred.

Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, any engineering degree or graduate in any discipline5+ years experience in the specific area/core skill and Overall Experience in the SW/IT industryWork hours will require regularly scheduled meetings with IFS Regional teams in either USA, UK/ Europe or APJ/MENUCandidate can work from regional offices or work from homeAdditional InformationWe are an EOE M/F/Disabled/Vet VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
