Job DescriptionSalary:

As a Project Manager for Louisiana-based Ratcliff Construction Company, you will own a project from conception to completion, including management of the job P&L, management of subcontractors and vendors, and driving the timeline. We are looking for top-notch construction minds to help us grow our 96+ year-old family-owned company. This role is all about delivering projects – whatever it takes – on time, on spec and on budget.

Are you looking to get to Louisiana to continue your career with a dynamic and well established Commercial General Contractor? This position is in-person and reports to work at either our main office in Alexandria, LA or our office in Baton Rouge, LA.

Specifically, you will be responsible to:

Be a team leader with strong future thinking skills
Understand Public and Private Construction processes
Perform project planning and budget control
Manage subcontractor, vendors and milestones
Possess the ability to adapt and problem solve

We are looking for a construction project manager with proven commercial building experience in driving projects to successful completion. This role is for the hands on, business minded project manager who knows how to get things done without sacrificing the end goal. If you are stuck in a big bureaucratic construction company where you can't have the impact you want, this is the perfect role for you. This position has the opportunity to report to our main office in Alexandria, LA or our office in Baton Rouge, LA.
