    ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma
    ICU, MS
    ICU, or Neuro
    ICU and documents travel experience.

    Skills Checklist matching specialty

    Current AHA ACLS , BLS, NIHSS
    NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License & ALL active RN licenses.

    Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
    Heart experience HIGHLY preferred - Manager looking at these as priority

    Beds: 42 beds (East 20, West 22), Neuro/Med: 22,

    6, Surg/Trauma: 14

    To all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)

    Common patient diagnosis:
    Neuro/Med -Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi
    CTICU- CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surg/Trauma- Trauma, Major post-op sx

    Specialty equipment used on unit:
    IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage) Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)HonorVet Technologies Job ID #.

    Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
