    ‍ Home Infusion Nurse - Part-Time - Cleveland, OH

    • Location: Cleveland, OH 44105
    • Salary: $40-50/hr

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high-quality IV infusion treatments at patients' homes.
    • Perform ongoing health assessments and adjust care plans accordingly.
    • Maintain precise treatment records in compliance with healthcare standards.
    • Collaborate with medical teams to ensure integrated patient care.
    • Efficiently manage and maintain infusion equipment.
    • Educate patients and families about their infusion therapy and health management.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Ohio RN license.
    • Nursing degree and significant RN experience or IV Certified LVN/LPN.
    • Current CPR/BLS certification.
    • Ability to travel within the Cleveland area.
    • Proficient in EMR and other healthcare software systems.

    Additional Information:

    • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
    • Flexible schedule including day shifts and weekends.
    • Pay: $40-50/hr, based on experience.

    • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Preferred).
