Job DescriptionPhysician Assistant: PA, PA-H
The Physician Assistant is a clinical role providing exceptional medical care by conducting exams, interpreting tests, and developing treatment plans under physician supervision. Collaborate with healthcare professionals for quality patient care. Responsibilities include patient care, documentation, compliance, and education.
Requirements: Completion of a four-year Physician Assistant baccalaureate program and a year of clinical training or a completion of a two-year accredited Physician Assistant program or plus two years clinical training following completion of PA program, state licensure, outpatient primary care experience, ACLS/BLS certification.
Skills in patient assessment, emergency management, communication, and proficiency in EMR systems. Physical requirements include mobility and lifting.
Key attributes: Positive work ethic, teamwork, drive for success, confidentiality, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Specialize in managing chronic diseases in the senior population.
