The right candidate will have a minimum of a year experience recruiting (preferably recruiting sales professionals). This candidate will own the entire recruitment lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding.

Ideally, the Corporate Recruiter will hold:
A proven track record of matching unique opportunities with excellent talent
Dedication to sourcing talent and not afraid to cold call or ask for a meeting
A "sales" mentality with persistent telephone prospecting skills, impeccable follow-up and great service skills
Ability to think outside the box and cultivate relationships
Personable and approachable demeanor
The daily pursuit includes:
Partner with Vice President of Sales to determine staffing needs.
Own/manage the full recruitment life cycle including prospect research, cold and warm calling, evaluation and screening, assisting candidates through the interview process and extending offers.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract candidates through opportunities such as local networking events, social media platforms, advertisements, etc.
Research/source talent and generate a robust candidate poolManage candidate pipeline, continuously checking in and following up
Improve and evolve the lifecycle recruitment process (e.g. candidate sourcing, assessments, interviewing, hiring practices, effective advertising and outreach).

Requirements

Minimum 1+ years of experience in Recruiting, ideally recruiting in sales
Track record of sourcing and securing talent
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Impeccable attention to detail, highly organized and a proven master at follow-up
Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize and work independently supporting a team
Strong internet and research skills; you leave no stone unturned.
High energy, positive, outgoing, friendly and fearless
Will take on your job duties with a sense of ownership, commitment, honesty, loyalty, and integrity
