- Retrieve, verify, and document performance metrics using backend follow-up and secondary verification methods
- Utilize verification sources including:
- The Work Number
- State wage data systems
- Employer contacts
- Training provider records
- Participant-provided documentation
- Conduct targeted outreach to participants and employers strictly for performance verification
- Return participant calls within 48 hours
- Enter performance data and detailed case notes into the WorkSource Georgia Portal accurately and within required deadlines
- Document services, contacts, and outcomes within 72 hours
- Review participant electronic files to ensure they are:
- Audit-ready
- Complete and well-organized
- Compliant with federal, state, and local WIOA regulations
- Assist with monitoring visits, audits, and internal performance reviews
- Partner with Case Managers, Follow-Up Specialists, Workforce Specialists, and TCSG Employment Services
- Resolve discrepancies and missing documentation
- Contact training providers to obtain credentials, transcripts, MSG documentation, and job placement confirmations
- Make referrals to employment services when additional participant needs are identified
- Run and review internal performance reports at least twice monthly
- Identify gaps and track progress toward performance goals
- Provide performance-related data to leadership and the Project Accountant (monthly forecasting due by the 10th)
- Experience working with workforce development programs (WIOA experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of employment outcomes, wage tracking, credentials, and measurable skill gains
- Experience with performance reporting systems (WorkSource Georgia Portal preferred)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Professional communication skills
- Background check and drug screening required
- MVR check required
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
- Must be able to travel to different workforce centers if needed
- Cannot begin work pending background/MVR clearance
