- This position is responsible for the daily operations of the retail store.
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintain and ensure security of all company property and equipment.
- Fill in for staff during absences.
- Learn daily store operations include sorting donations, pricing and displaying products, maintaining sales records, and processing clothing requisitions.
- Supervise employees.
- Ensure quality control standards.
- Complete required training with employees.
- Learn to re-fill propane tanks.
- Ensure the store is always clean as well as orderly.
- Maintain records of sales, voided sales, coupons, and clothing vouchers.
- Complete daily reports as required.
- Develop weekly staff schedules as well as monitoring and approving electronic timesheets.
- Train and supervise 4-20 staff members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Ohio driver's license and be able to meet driving standards.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have prior retail management and cashier experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to Multitask.
- Provide exceptional customer service as well as be the example for staff to follow.
- Employer conducts pre-employment drug screen, credit and background check.
- Have the physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and reach as required to complete the job. Be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Location:16482 Village Pkwy Fredericktown Oh. 43019
Pay: $ per hr. plus quarterly bonus.
Required schedule: Must have open availability.
40 Hours per week with the possibility of overtime.

We currently have nine brick and mortar retail locations, an e-commerce site, and a used car lot in our portfolio along with an unmatched reputation for operational excellence.
