Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Assistant to join our Neurosurgery Unit team at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. As a Nurse Assistant, you will provide direct care to patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN). Your primary responsibilities will include giving basic nursing care, performing special procedures correctly under RN direction, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff, ensuring complete communication of patient information, communicating effectively with the healthcare team and providing age/developmental appropriate patient care.
