- Decentralized pharmacy responsibilities, including attending codes
- IV pharmacy and compounding duties
- Experience with Vanco AUC dosing
- Utilization of EMR systems: EPIC, Lexicomp, Baxter IQ
- Collaborate with clinical manager during 2nd shift
- Familiarity with medication dispensing systems: Omnicell, Central pharm robot, carousel, Omnicell XT cabinets, Omnicell Controlled Substance cabinet
- Active Arizona Pharmacist license
- Minimum 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience in a facility of similar size (250 census)
- Expertise in IV pharmacy and compounding
