    Position Overview


    Position Type: Company Driver - We provide the truck at no cost to you All equipment is company-owned and maintained.

    Your Journey Awaits


    As a Company Driver, you can expect:

    • Flexible Scheduling: Generally 2 weeks out, servicing 47 states (excluding CA and avoiding the NW during winter).
    • Varied Work: Work based on customer needs, with opportunities to build dedicated routes through our logistics sister company.
    • Easy Freight: Enjoy drop and hook, no-touch freight.
    • Modern Equipment: Drive a 2020 or newer sleeper truck that is well-maintained. You can even take your equipment home if you have secure parking
    • Fair Compensation:
      • $25 per hour for detention after 2 hours at the facility.
      • Deadhead rates and low mileage rates for fair pay.
      • $200 per day for any breakdown/maintenance on the road (up to $1,000 a week).
    • Supportive Dispatch: Our dispatch is flexible and organized, accommodating your home time and different schedules.

    Are You the Right Fit?


    We're looking for dedicated drivers who meet the following requirements:

    • 3 years of CDL A experience
    • 25 years old or older (under 75 for insurance reasons)
    • Less than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years on your MVR
    • No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years
