    Description

    We are looking for a experienced sales staff, brand ambassadors, luxury sales associates and customer service professionals to represent some of the most internationally acclaimed luxury brands inside JFK International Airport. The ideal candidate is able to understand a guest's needs to make product recommendations and execute sales through brand knowledge, demonstrations and promotions. To be successful in this role, you will be service-orientated, enthusiastic, highly motivated, sales driven, well-groomed and will thrive in a fast-moving retail environment.

    Our team is looking for candidates who have:

    • Sales experience with luxury brands and products.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A pleasant personality and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

    You will stand out even more if you have:

    • Knowledge and experience of luxury sales in liquor, cosmetics or fragrance.
    • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Apply appropriate sales methods to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Utilize product knowledge and cross-selling techniques to make recommendations to guests and create additional sales.
    • Establish a relationship with client staff and leadership to process sales. Utilize relationship to manage stock at all times and maintain adequate supply of products, testers, gifts and POS material.
    • Maintain a clean and professional workspace through stocking, shelving and zoning. Light dusting required.
    • Submit complete and accurate reporting of sales and inventory as needed.
    • Reflect the correct brand image at all times by following the set grooming requirements
    • Attend and complete trainings as required.
