TITLE
Cath Lab Tech
SCHEDULE
Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 24 months of current Cath Lab Tech/IR Tech experience
- Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- Verification of no hits on license at time of submission
- Flu vaccination status required (Banner declinations can be applied for)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring they are comfortable
- Operate and maintain Cath Lab equipment to ensure smooth functioning during procedures
- Assist physicians during catheterization procedures and monitoring patient status
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation of procedures performed
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a sterile environment
- Uphold safety standards and assist in emergency situations as necessary
COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- RTO (Requested Time Off) policies: RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays. RTO cannot exceed 7 days.
- All facilities the traveler is open to working in must be listed in the submission.
- All shifts the traveler is open to working on must be noted.
- Submit a complete Banner Cover Page with all required details.
