    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Care Technician to join our team. As a Floor Care Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various floor surfaces. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our clients and customers.


    Duties:

    • Clean and maintain various types of flooring, including hardwood, tile, carpet, and vinyl
    • Perform routine floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
    • Utilize specialized equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners to restore and maintain the quality of floors
    • Inspect floors for damage or wear and report any issues to the supervisor
    • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
    • Assist with other custodial duties as needed

    Skills:

    • Experience in floor care or commercial cleaning preferred
    • Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods
    • Proficiency in using floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
    • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
