- Demonstrates proficiency in Meditech and ORM for printing preference cards/schedules.
- Serves as a mentor to new OR staff.
- Attends meetings and education opportunities for continued learning.
- Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills - Meditech, ORM.
- Ability to concentrate and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Efficient and quick work pace.
- Experience working in a surgical services environment.
- Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technologists program.
- Certified Operating Room Technician.
- BLS Certification.
