- Associates Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 Years of Experience supporting numerous information technologies in a multi-location environment, and resolving user issues
- Demonstrated proficiency in the usage and support of Windows (server and desktop installs), Office 365, with the ability to troubleshoot end user issues using various techniques.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the usage, support, maintenance and troubleshooting of end-user hardware including PC (desktop, laptop), server builds & support, mobile devices, and other IT related hardware.
- Demonstrated ability performing hardware upgrades and repairs as required.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols.
- Demonstrated customer service skills in a virtual environment and in person.
- Dependable work habits including the ability to work nights and weekends.
