- Supporting multiple departments within Client sales and service with the creation and maintenance of customer and field personnel accounts
- Working in SAP, Oracle Sales Cloud, MS Outlook, MS Teams and MS PowerApps simultaneously to monitor and respond to requests
- Ensuring data integrity by validating requests for accuracy, identifying/preventing instances of data duplication and following company protocols and business-specific guidelines
- Closely monitoring activity performed by department RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and intervening as needed
- Periodically providing after-hours support, including some weekends, especially for financial quarter close events
- Approximately 10% travel required
- Demonstrated ability to remain organized and multitask while managing a high volume of requests
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel required
- Experience working with PowerApps and PowerBI a plus
- Experience working with SAP and/or Oracle Sales Cloud a plus
- BS/BA achieved from an accredited university/college
