    Job Description

    The Manager of Client Services is an operational and strategic thinker who drives excellence among the team and ensures retention and growth with clients in the region. The Manager is responsible for coaching Account Managers and Account Strategists to ensure customer success during implementation, continued maintenance, and monitoring, as well as add-on services that support the client.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Account Growth & Strategy Focus: Involved in sophisticated clients, grow external relationships, guide CS and Sales teams, attend meetings with key customers, support team in all facets of client relations and service, identify gaps in service and support, work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, create custom reports to show value of media, interpret large data sets, and draw relevance for clients.
    • Skill Building & Operational Excellence Focus: Lead a team of Account Managers and Account Strategists, elevate knowledge and strategic foundation for the team, handle ad-hoc requests, take initiative, own projects with innovative thinking and strong leadership skills, brainstorm and implement new ways to optimize business workflows, help the team solve business challenges by turning data points into actionable insight recommendations, create quarterly stretch goals and action planning, hold the team accountable, assess the team, give feedback, and stretch them to new levels while supporting changes.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of programmatic media experience, planning and activation experience.
    • 3+ years of direct client management experience, experience with large client-facing projects, ideally in consulting, agency, or other business-related services.
    • 2+ years of training team members, onboarding, and/or as subject matter expert.
    • 1+ year of team management experience preferred.
    • Ability to travel 15% overnight + 15% locally.

    Compensation:

    The minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $100,000 - $130,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
