    Description

    What You'll Do:

    Serve as the primary conduit between all client types and Commerce Grid
    Curation.
    ● Launch new Commerce Grid Curation accounts for all customer types.
    ● Manage day-today aspects of the client engagement including
    communication, prioritization, & risk management; includes project
    management and strategic responsibilities.
    ● Scope, activate, and deliver Deal ID (PMP) solutions for Agency and Brand
    customers
    ● Deliver recommendations around best practices, optimization, and
    troubleshooting to ensure PMPs scale and perform.
    ● Partner with Criteo Agency Sales teams to educate and empower them to
    sell curation audience segments to Agency media teams.
    ● Proactively seek out opportunities to cross-sell and upsell capabilities to
    clients within a dedicated Book of Business; creating increased value for
    clients and driving new revenue for Criteo.
    ● Identify product enhancements that will drive value for customers, and
    work with the Criteo product organization to shape and prioritize new
    features.● Support the development and contributions of the rest of the Client
    Services organization including sharing general best practices.
    ● Represent the client internally within the Criteo organization and the
    Criteo organization externally during all industry events and client visits.
    ● Act as the point of contact for new opportunity validation from Sales and
    Agency teams.
    ● Support RFPs and RFIs relevant to Curation.
    ● Scope, activate, and deliver Deal ID (PMP) solutions for Agency and Brand
    customers
    ● Work cross-functionally to develop our Curation offering for all client types.
    ● Liaise with internal data and analytics teams to onboard, optimize, and
    enhance client data segments on Curation.
    ● Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Criteo's
    Commerce Grid capabilities and articulate their use to relevant
    stakeholders as a Subject Matter Expert.

    Who You Are:

    5-7 years of client-facing experience, preferably in the ad technology
    space.
    ● Proven record in client-facing communication discussing client business
    cases and delivering proposals to meet client expectations.
    ● Programmatic advertising, and media agency experience, with a
    comprehensive understanding of how to operate Deal IDs preferred.
    ● Possess superior communication, presentation, project management,
    problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
    ● Passion for learning a client's business, applying a consultative approach,
    and meeting their needs with cutting-edge technology solutions.
    ● Demonstrable experience in understanding complex technical concepts
    and communicating these to a business audience.
    ● Experience working across cross-functional teams.
    ● Ability to work with a geographically and functionally spread-out
    organization
    ● Self-starter who can operate in new, developing environments and create
    the workflows and processes required to scale our operations.
    ● Passion, enthusiasm and positive attitude essential.

    The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

    $100,560 - $138,270
